In July 2021, Coba Impact manufacturing PLC launched its production line of PET Monofilament Fibre deriving from 100% recycled PET bottle Flakes.  The product range includes high-strength, durable fibers used for a variety of applications such as household brooms, brushes, and outdoor brooms. The current fibers range in thickness from 0.3 mm to 0.75 mm.

The production facility features one of the world’s best machines in monofilament extrusion, a Sima Borghi extrusion line with a production capacity of 200 kg of fiber per hour that can extrude fibers ranging from 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm diameter. As an additional service, all fibers can be customized with different colors and finishes, ensuring they meet the specific needs of various clients.
