Coba Impact Manufacturing PLC launched its PET monofilament fibers production line in July 2021. We make these high-strength fibers from 100% recycled PET bottle flakes. They provide excellent durability and sustainability for household brooms, industrial brushes, and outdoor cleaning tools.

Our fibers range in thickness from 0.3 mm to 0.75 mm. We can customize them in various colors and finishes to match your exact requirements. This flexibility makes them ideal for manufacturers who need reliable, eco-friendly materials.

Advanced Production Technology We use one of the world’s top machines: the Sima Borghi extrusion line. This state-of-the-art equipment achieves a production capacity of 200 kg of fiber per hour. It handles fiber diameters from 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm with precision. As a result, we deliver consistent quality that meets international standards for broom and brush applications.
